From closing, we are up to date with allocation of training CPD points to relevant CPD schemes.

Sales Course

COURSE CONTENT:

The 2-day Killgerm Sales Course examines what makes sales a challenge. The course is designed to look at the different stages of the sales process and to provide practical examples that can be used in everyday business.

These stages are

  • Understanding what motivates people to buy
  • Cold Calling
  • Features, Advantages and Benefits of a service or product
  • Presenting findings and proposal
  • Closing the sale
  • Handling objections
  • Increasing turnover through added value sales.

    • Delegates will have a different experience of this process, but the course is structured to provide practical examples and ideas that can be used in everyday business.

    The course is designed to be interactive and give you the chance to put the learning into practice on the day.
