*Course Access and user accounts 

All courses come with 1-month access as standard. Upon completing your course, you will need to fill out a form at the end, either to request an exam assessment if applicable, or to submit a request for CPD points where relevant. For courses that require an assessment, you will need to inform us when you are ready, and we will arrange the exam accordingly.

Please note that exams for  the Principles of Rodent Control and Principles of Insect Control online courses require a desktop/laptop computer and internet connection. In addition, the Principles of Rodent Control exam requires a webcam.

It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that they book the correct training programme or course and that they are satisfied of the suitability of the programme prior to booking.
